Qualification Committee

This decision-making committee hears and decides on any matter submitted to it involving a refusal to issue or renew an electrical contractor’s licence or the suspension or cancellation of a licence. This committee has five members, each with a three-year term, and may sit with three or five members. Members of the PCA, the complaints examination committee and the review committee may not be appointed to the appeals committee. They meet as needed.
